    Hi There,

    You can create a layout that looks like that by adding a video background to your section, than deviding it in two columns on the left column give a semi transparent black background and add the elements:

    Custom Headline

    Text

    Button

    It will give you the same effect and much easier to apply and your website will be lighter.
