hi,

i’m having problem with my shop page layout. i did 2 columns, 3 columns and 4 colums but still showing only 1 column
i tried to search in the furom but all solutions i found there didn’t fix the problem.

Hi there,

Thanks for wriitng in! You have only one product and it’s showing in one column. How do you testing 3/4 columns layout without adding at least 3/products? Let’s add some more products and check again.

i have a total of 25 products in my products tab so i know that it should be listed there.
as you can see in the upper right corner “Showing 1–1 of 25 results”
same display on categories
http://skybornenterprises.com/hawkhaven/product-category/white-wine/ – this category have 6 products all are published so on the other products.

Hi there,

The wrapper says it’s 3 columns and it displays 1 item per page. Might be related to posts per page filter through global query. But I can only verify and check it by logging in. Would you mind provide your login credentials in private reply?

Hi there,

Thanks for the credentials. I have checked your settings and I found that you have placed “OUR WINES” on the field “Posts Per Page” – http://prntscr.com/cx0067

So you need to place a real number of products to show on the shop as the text doesn’t make sense for the field. You will find it under Customzie > WooCommerce > Shop
