    I am trying to integrate the social sharing shortcode and it correctly displays on my blog post.

    However when I click the “Facebook” button the share window pops up but it has no title, photo or description related to the post. Only my site domain name. I made sure that I have a featured image set as well. I do not have any other Social sharing plugins installed and I also have Open Graph enabled. I disabled and enabled again to make sure that this was not the issue.

    Hey Ben,

    Do you have plugins that uses Open Graph too like Yoast SEO. If so, please disable those options. If not, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
