Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Would mind providing a bit more details, as Christopher just explained if your issue is related to a third party plugin we can hardly help, you need to go trough the documentation of the plugin yourself or contact the plugin provider.
It is impossible for us to understand about every plugin available on WordPress.
If after studying and contacting the plugin provider you have a specific question about an issue even if it is considered out of the scope of our support we will try to have a look and help, but a general question like this is a bit tricky for us.
