LelyModeratorHi Yoni,
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing back!
Before moving any further, lets do some tests.
1. Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
2. Make sure you use the same prefix for both wordpress dashboard and site URLs.
You can check it under Settings -> General.3. Please try to activate an default theme and see if the issue remain. If it is, please contact the hosting provider and see what they have.
Let us know how this goes. We’d be happy to assist you further if this doesn’t help!
Thanks for understanding!
