Radu SParticipantX Theme 4.6.4
Wordpress 4.7 very few plugins. In X Customizer, when pressing the “Custom” tab on my way to add some custom javascript, what I get is just a left-side green-blue overlay which obscures everything underneath. See attached screenshot.
Any ideas?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
In the meantime, please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Cheers!

Radu SParticipantYep, it was a conflict with the ProfilePress plugin.
So to confirm: the profilepress plugin does NOT play with the x theme nicely.December 21, 2016 at 9:27 pm #1301333
LelyModeratorHello Radu,
Glad you found what was causing the issue. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
