    Hey There,

While the industry says Yoast is the best but in my personal opinion, it is also a plugin which uses a lot of resources and its kind of a complicated plugin. My personal recommendation would be the new SEO Framework : https://roots.io/weve-migrated-from-yoast-seo/

Please note that we haven’t tested any of the SEO plugin with X theme but being an X theme user myself, these are my personal recommendations.

    Thanks

    Hey Rahul,
    Thanks for your answer !
Would you also recommend me to install Sybre Waaijer’s other plugins along with the main one ? (namely The SEO Framework – Title Fix & Generator – The SEO Framework)
Also, the blog post you pasted in your answer also mentioned Google XML Sitemaps ?
I’m not familiar with all of these technologies, are they relevant to me ? My main idea is to make sure that all my posts/pages will contain de right info (ie chosen by me) to address google and other search engines the best way possible.
In an other thread with one of your colleagues, I was advised not to add too many plugins as they could dramatically affect performances. The SEO Framework and Google XML Sitemaps do belong to the ones that one can’t afford to live without ? 🙂
Thank you for your help !

    Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! Most of the X users is using Yoast SEO plugin. This is a one stop full package which would cover all your SEO needs. This is very handy in setting a good seo practice for your site. As time goes by, some developers created this another plugin for better performance and less resources. In my own opinion, should you choose SEO Framework and Google XML sitemap is enough for your site to start with. At the end of the day, Content is really the King. So no matter how good is the plugin or how fast is your site, Search Engine will always love fresh and more useful contents.

    Hope this helps.
