sallyshueyParticipantHi! In my newly built website openadopt.org, there are sections with specific ID names within the main pages. If I’m on a page and click on a section using the drop down menu, the URL doesn’t change from the main page name. So if I’m here:
http://www.openadopt.org/pregnant-explore-options/
And click on “how counseling helps”, the URL is still
http://www.openadopt.org/pregnant-explore-options/
However, if I click on a different main navigation tab, then mouse over the “Pregnant Explore Options” tab to get the drop down menu, and click only on the section, I’ll get the full URL:
http://www.openadopt.org/pregnant-explore-options/#section-how-does-counseling-help
How can we ensure that visitors who click on a section from that same section always get the full URL? This is important for our Google Analytics tracking. Thx for your help! S.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Section ID won’t show on the URL and it’s pretty usual. Even everyone actually want that. If you need something different; you need to achieve this through custom development.
Cheers!
