    I just bought the second copy of the X Theme. I am running a multisite install of WordPress. When I tried to activate the theme on the second site I see “We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.”.

    I just purchased the theme from Themeforest and have retried several times over about 45 minutes since purchase to activate the theme.

    I figured it out. Basically you’ll get a false message telling you the code isn’t valid unless you activate the theme. I still had the 2016 theme as my active theme. I have not activated my theme.

    Hi there,

    You need to activate the theme to get the X Addons menu where you can place the code. Not sure how did you enter the purchase code without activating the theme. Let us know if you still need our assistance.
