Edward SParticipantGood morning,
I’ve been using X for several years, but just had a client as about this on their site, and am stumped as to how to fix it.
http://aboutfbc.org
Clicking the search icon in the navbar works fine, but on the results page, only one entry is shown per pagination page. ie. 10 results = 10 separate pages.Any idea why this is happening?
Thanks,

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! First of all, Could you please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!January 11, 2017 at 7:55 pm #1326526
Edward SParticipantHi,
I disabled all plugins and tried – the result is the same. Multiple search result pages with one result per page.
Anything else I can try?Edward

RupokMemberHi Edward,
Thanks for writing back. It’s definitely weird and seems being controlled by any function. Can you install a fresh copy of X and try again. If the issue still persist, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
