    Hi Andrei,

Thank you for the screenshots. Please try removing the following link from your child theme’s functions.php file at the very end:
    // =============================================================================
Also remove all other extra line after that. Then try to activate child theme again.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Lely,

I removed the line from my child theme’s functions.php and I reactivated the child theme. When I tried to reactivate the plugins I got multiple errors. I attached a print screen.

When I try to save the style.css in the editor, this is what I get (You have the error in the attachement). But even if I get the error it saves. When I activated the plugins, even if I got the errors, the pluggins were activated.

I deactivated all the plugins again, except cornerstone, and I tried to save the style.css in the editor again, and I get the same error.

When I try to login again to WP dashboard, I get this error (the attached image), so I deactivated the child theme again.

    Hi there,

I just removed the space above <?php and activated the child theme. Seems to be working. Would you mind checking it again?

    Thanks!

    Hi Rad,

Yes, it works! Thank you very much guys, you are great!
The issue with the search persists though. I searched for the word “payment” again, which is a word that exists on my website, and it doesn’t find it. When I search for a random word that doesn’t exist on my webiste I get some errors. I attached some printscreens.

    Hi,

Please note that those are notices and not errors.

I was able to get rid of it by setting wp debug to false.

    Thanks

    Hi Paul,

Great, thank you very much. But what about the issue that it doesn’t find the words that I am searching for? Thank you for your patience.

    Hi there,

I believe you have something on your Child Theme that’s preventing the search to display properly. Did you try switching to X and using search?

    Thanks!
