    Hello,

I’m having an issue with my search results. Whenever you search for a term or phrase that doesn’t return any results, an error message appears for all to see (image attached).

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks,
    Mike

    Hi there,

Thanks for updating the thread! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hey there,

Sorry but I couldn’t login with the given credentials. Please check. Also, please disable WordPress debugging and check if the notice messages still display. See https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

Regarding the search result, could you give us the keyword you’re searching and a post that contains those keyword? Please take note that WordPress’ search engine isn’t that great. You might need a plugin like Relevanssi to improve your site search.

It looks like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.
