    Hi, I have a site where the scroll hangs — leading the user to think the page doesn’t scroll. You have to scroll twice before it scrolls. Any ideas?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    I could see that it is not a hang but it is a another scrollbar that causes the stop. It means that you have 2 scrollbars.

    Please share us the CSS code or the customization you added so we could identify which part causes another scrollbar.

    You could share as your admin credentials also so we could fully check your setup.
