ashleyswanson427ParticipantOn the website http://kineticitsolutions.com, in Chrome only (!), we’ve noticed that the scroll-down link above the masthead doesn’t work neither does the video play. I believe that I have everything updated, and that I have checked any and all plugin issues. Do you have any idea what could be causing this issue?

Nabeel AModeratorHi Ashley,
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how this goes!

RadModeratorHi Ashley,
I’m on chrome too and the video works, but not the scroll bottom button. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply?
I see that you have custom javascript for scroll bottom, I’ll check if it’s related.
Thanks!

ashleyswanson427ParticipantWe cleared the cache and tried in on several other machines and the problem persists. Up until this point we have only tried it on Macs. And now found that the video worked on Chrome on a PC and the scroll bottom anchor did not work. We have set this up on a development server dev.kineticitsolutions.com/home and the functionality works just fine in all of our testing. Could there be any other reason for this problem?

RahulModeratorHi there,
I tried it in Safari, Firefox, Chrome and Opera on my Macbook pro and everything works just fine!
I am not sure how we can replicate this issue of yours.
Please advise.
Thanks
