    Hi there,

    Please connect to FTP and increase memory limit by adding following code in wp-config.php file :

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    Didnt work 🙁

    I have disabled all 3rd party plugins. I tried to increase the memory limit in the wp-config file, I also did it in the PHP settings.

    Hi There,

    In this case, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    You have a problem with admin ajax. There are many factors that could cause this issue. Please try deactivating WordPress Heartbeat. See https://wptavern.com/how-to-take-control-of-the-wordpress-heartbeat-api

    One factor could also be limitations setup by your hosting provider. Please check your resource logs if it has been limited by your host.

    Installed the plugin you recommended. Still didn’t work for me. Calling me host today but was hoping there was anything else I can try before I jump on the phone?

    Hi there,

    I checked and it’s not loading due to internal server error. But there is no detail about it, hence, I enabled debug logging through wp-config.php but it’s not taking effect.

    Are you sure the FTP is pointing to correct installation? You also said that you already increased the memory limit, but I didn’t find it there. SO maybe it’s different installation.
