MakkBlakkParticipantHi
We have seen an issue on our sales page that when entering a quantity and hitting return we lose the page. Please see the before and after shots attached. We have worked with the plugin developer to see if we can find the issue. They cannot see anything that would cause this and also do not see the same issue.Could you have a look and see if there is a conflict we cant see either within the theme or the custom css added.
Thanks!
Regards
Mark

ChristianModeratorHey there,
It looks like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

MakkBlakkParticipantHow did you determine that it is the plugin causing an issue and not the custom css we have added?

RupokMemberHi there,
If you think it’s causing by your custom CSS then simply take off them and check again.
Thanks!

MakkBlakkParticipantThis is a totally unacceptable answer as you have supplied much of the custom code. You would be better placed to see if there is a conflict there….

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! Sorry for the the confusion. Please keep in mind that a custom css is only used to style an element. The custom css or a particular css snippet can change the color, border, background, font size and any other attributes of an element you’d like to style. The css cannot and will not change any events, ajax calls, php processes in the backend. The css cannot and will not do anything in WordPress except only to style an element or group of elements.
Most of the issues on the pages would probably caused by a JS error which came from custom JS or from a 3rd party plugin. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thank you for your understanding.

MakkBlakkParticipantHi Rue
ok thank you. I am having the Plugin developer look at this via Team viewer on Monday so will let you know if I need anything further.
