Thanks for writing in! If you want to overlap elements, you need the second elements to have a negative margin. In your case, you have place the margin in the wrong element. You should be placing the negative margin in the section settings and not in the row settings. In your homepage it still doesn’t work. It may looked like it works because of the slider. The height of the slider made it look like your top margin is working.
Please do edit your “Alt” page and add the negative top margin in the section settings. You should be able to see the result.
