EyoaelParticipantHi,
I would like to create something similar to the band demo http://demo.theme.co/band/about/ where you have marginless columns and no column container. What is the ideal image size to use and how can i center the text so that it looks good?

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
The image dimensions should be around 800*500px. Please add
text-align:center;in text style filed.Hope it helps.

EyoaelParticipantHi,
yeah you are right i’m almost where i want to be, but it’s just not yet there. I want to create the same thing as this page http://highgradelab.com/navy/corporate/. What is missing to make just like the example page?
Best regards

EyoaelParticipantHi,
When i check the site on my laptop for instance the column on the right side size longer than the image, they are not aligned equally.
Best regards

EyoaelParticipantHi,
I have followed the tutorial, but i’m still not there yet. The main problem still persists ergo when i view the section on the laptop and the to ipad views the right side column covers the image to much (if that makes sense) i want it be perfectly aligned so that the image occupies half of the screen and the image the other half. I have tried to fiddle around with the px but i can’t get it the way i wanted it to. Do you think that this is because of the image size or is there something else that i’m missing?
Best regards

ChristianModeratorAs said in the link provided:
This will crop out portions of your photo
You can add background-position property for additional adjustment. See http://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_background-position.asp for more details.
The image size is not too important in this case. What’s important is your image aspect ratio. Regretfully, we could not help you with that as that would be quite involved. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/
Thanks.
