    Hi,

I transformed my site into Multisite by duplicating the content of the original site (via plugin) and I am now experiencing problems with RevSlider.

The original website on second-level domain was working just fine, but none of the newly created sites (on third-level domains) loaded past the RevSlider section, which was below masthead so only menu loaded properly. It seemed like the RevSlider had some problem with prefix of the table in database. In addition, I was not able to load any of the respective WP admin sections due to some error caused by RevSlider. So I even could not delete the RevSlider parts of the newly created sites from the pages. Quite desperate I deactivated, deleted and reinstalled the RevSlider plugin – as suggested by other topic, but this did not work.

    The current situation:
    – the original site on second level domain is working, but none of the RevSliders are displaying
    – none of the multisites loads past the RevSlider elements – “record not found” (while the plugin is active)
    – none of the multisites WP admin section loads

Here is the error message which displays instead of the WP admin section

    Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'fetch - <b>Unknown column 'type' in 'where clause'</b><br>---<br> Query: select * from wp_7_revslider_sliders wheretype!= 'template' ORtypeIS NULL order by id ASC' in /mnt/data/accounts/s/soukenik/data/www/mills.cz/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/functions.class.php:14 Stack trace: #0 /mnt/data/accounts/s/soukenik/data/www/mills.cz/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/db.class.php(26): RevSliderFunctions::throwError('fetch - <b>Unkn...', -1) #1 /mnt/data/accounts/s/soukenik/data/www/mills.cz/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/db.class.php(41): RevSliderDB->throwError('fetch - <b>Unkn...') #2 /mnt/data/accounts/s/soukenik/data/www/mills.cz/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/db.class.php(145): RevSliderDB->checkForErrors('fetch') #3 /mnt/data/accounts/s/soukenik/data/www/mills.cz/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slider.class.php(2803): RevSliderDB->fetch('wp_7_revslider_...', 'type!= 'temp in /mnt/data/accounts/s/soukenik/data/www/mills.cz/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/framework/functions.class.php on line 14

    Can you please help me?

    Hi there,

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. It looks like the issue causing by the transformation to multisite and doesn’t related to X. We can assist if you face problem with the integrated plugins (such as Revolution Slider) and X. However you can re-assign the sliders and save the pages and hopefully the problem wil lbe solved.

    Cheers!

How am I supposed to do that? The thing is – I can either go to admin area or have the RevSlider active, not both at the same time. None of the RevSlider option is accessible while the plugin is deactivated, not even in Visual Editor.

    Thanks.

    Hi There,

My Suggestion would be to try a different approach.

1- Go to the original site | Revolution Slider | Save your slider as a template and download to your computer.

2- Go to the website where you have Revolution Slider Installed that is not working and delete every slider than delete Revolution Slider.

3- Re install Revolution Slider | Load your Slider template you created via Revolution Slider.

If that does not work for some reason I would recommend cloning again your site without Revolution Slider than following the steps above.

    Hope that helps
