niconicParticipantI get an error when i try and create a slider. “insert query error – unknown column ‘settings’ in ‘field list'”
I’ve deleted the plugin from ftp and uploaded revslider from the framework path as I saw on another post and it hasn’t fixed the issue.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
There are updates available for cornerstone and other plugins. Please update them as this could solve the issue.
Thanks.

niconicParticipantI’ve updated all the plugins as you suggested and I still get the same error. What else should I try?

ThaiModeratorHi There,
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope it helps.

niconicParticipantHi Thai,
I’ve tried what you suggested. It still occurs.

ChristianModeratorPlease uninstall Slider Revolution then install again via Addons. If that doesn’t help, your database might have been corrupted so it is best if you restore a backup or do a clean install in staging area then push it to the live site.
Thanks.
