Hey,

I’ve got a bit of an issue with feeding my Instagram feed onto one of my websites. Where do I need to put Access Token? Can’t see any fields in the slider settings like you’ve got on your screenshots.

Please see attached screenshots

Originally, I was going to ask ‘Themepunch’ support using my purchased copy lisence key, but support on it is already expired. Hence, I believe that I can get my answer from you guys as RevSlider is a part of X theme

Hi Joao,

Thank you for your answer. We paused Instagram Feed idea a month ago and came back to it again couple days ago. On the up-to-date website (WP core and Rev Slider itself) as for 8th Sep 2016, I still cannot see where to put Access Token. See my previous screenshots and a new one with this post.

Provided video is great but not resolving my issue.

Any advises?

We have just updated revslider plugin in our system.

It’s now available on automatic updates.

Kindly update your revslider to latest version.

Hi there,

Rev. Slider Instagram doesn’t require API Token anymore. You just have to add your Instagram username 🙂

Please try that, if the issue still persists then please provide your login credentials in private reply, and your Instagram username.
