RadModeratorHi there,
Tried different versions and it’s not working. And I can’t find some workaround, but I can replicate this issue on some of my installation. I’ll be forwarding this as a bug.
Thanks and stay tuned.

olmecaParticipantDid you try and isolate what makes my last 4-5 news posts different?
Maybe you have not read that part, but I said if you don’t take my posts older than 1st of November into the list of posts which needs to be shown in slider, everything works normally. This hints at a post based issue rather than a general issue.

RadModeratorHi there,
I understand that, but I can’t find any difference at all, it works with normal WP_Query hence there something within the slider that can’t pick them up. Though, this is already forwarded and should be discussed internally.
Thanks and please stay tuned.

olmecaParticipantIt’s been more than 20 days now. Any ETA on the solution? I could really use this bug being fixed.

RadModeratorHi there,
Unfortunately, we’re not sure about the ETA yet. But we’re still working on it and since this is a 3rd party plugin, then it may take time as we’ll be working with the plugin author.
Thanks for understanding.

olmecaParticipant5 months and no solution for a highly important problem. I have to say this is some poor customer service.

RadModeratorHi there,
I’ve forwarded this thread again for further checking. Please note that this is a bundled plugin, it’s not something we develop. Our capability handling 3rd party issues are limited, we’ll mostly forward it to its developer. And we have no control over their priorities or released dates, but we’ll surely forward it.
Thanks.
