    Hello!

I put shortcode: [rev_slider alias=”whitesofas”] onto my site, but it doesn´t show up.

I also tried it with cornerstone, but having the same problem. After saving, I will only see an empty box.
Tried already with video, slides and only a sinlge picture with playing with “Ken Bruns”. But no solution.

    Could you help?

    Hello There,

Thanks for providing the information. I have checked the page and it turns out that this is the code:
    http://prntscr.com/dc7k9y

Please make sure that you insert it in a text mode and paste it just like this:

    [rev_slider alias="whitesofas"]

It should not look just like that but the actual code in the text mode should be like that:
    http://prntscr.com/dc7kvk

I’ve created a test page and added this:

    [rev_slider alias="whitesofas"]

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Integer scelerisque eros eu pulvinar dictum. Nunc egestas massa at elit bibendum, cursus fringilla nunc faucibus. Proin dignissim efficitur nunc a cursus. In luctus mi in nisi condimentum, sed ornare enim tempor. Praesent semper ultricies tellus, rutrum fermentum leo viverra at. Sed a venenatis ante, non aliquam tortor. Aliquam erat volutpat. Curabitur felis elit, rhoncus et molestie in, auctor euismod lorem. Etiam viverra hendrerit metus, vitae ullamcorper metus ultricies ut. Ut eu ex id ligula viverra auctor at quis urna.

    [rev_slider alias="ken01"]

This doesn’t show up. As in no content was being displayed. I did some further investigation and I found out that SEO Ultimate plugin is causing some serious issue. I deactivated the plugin and there is content shown in the page including the revolution slider.

I think you might be having an issue with a third party plugin, SEO Ultimate. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    Thank you for your understanding.
