shughesdParticipantHello
I am creating a Rev Slider, and while I can edit slides, it won’t let me make any changes to slider settings. The tabs won’t even open up or do anything when I click on them.
I just updated X and the plugin – but no change.
Help?

RadModeratorHi there,
Thanks, it works.
There are existing errors in your admin which prevent it from working. Would it be okay if I disable all plugins and other feature? Please backup your first, this action may affect your existing setting and configuration.
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating in! I went ahead and test for a plugin conflict. It appears that the plugin “Frontend User Pro” is causing the issue. When you deactivate this plugin, no issues will occur in the slider revolution and you can click on the settings. You can try it for yourself by activating and deactivating the plugin.
Please let us know how it goes.

shughesdParticipantThank you so much for the support. I hate plugin conflicts – the only big downside with wp. Oh well, the slider is more important at this stage.

RadModeratorYou’re welcome! Yes, the use of plugins should be minimal when not really needed.
