    Hi,

    I am trying setup up a slider with R.S. and I realize that in settings doesnt have access token and user ID to fill. It only asks for my username, its the only info that can relate to my account in Instagram. When I see my page says: Revolution Slider Error: The slide is not initialized!!!

    Why I dont see that details to fill in?

    Hi there,

    I tried inserting the token directly from hidden options and it’s still not working. I’ll forward this as a bug.

    Hi,
    what a shame.. I am trying to find a solution with Essencial grid. When I click in the source tab and choose stream for instagram, after I add the user name and says at the bottom where It should show the preview of it says: “Instagram reports: Please check the username”

    It also a bug?

    Please check out the documentation on how you can use the special content source for essential grid here: https://www.themepunch.com/essgrid-doc/special-content-streams/#instagram

    I have tested this on my local testing server and seems this is an issue here. I already tried looking for other people having the same issue like this. It maybe a bug or issue between the plugin and the instagram api. I will be reporting this to the creators of Essential Grid plugin.

    Any news about this bug?

    It is very important for my website that this feature (streaming instagram) is working.
    Its not working in Revolution slider neither Essential Grid plugins.

    I did check the status of Revslider instagram issue and I saw that it is still under investigation. The plugin provider are already on board on this bug.

    Regarding the Essential Grid issue, unfortunately, there’s no update yet. We will let you know once we have an update. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Thank you for understanding.
