    Hi,

    I’ve got a problem with my revolution slider plugin. The latest update installs and then causes an error wich causes revolution slider to be activated. Can you please help me?

    Based on the information given I am not quite sure what problem you are facing.

    Would you mind provide more details about it and also your wp admin credentials so we can take a closer look in case it is necessary?

    Sorry, I mean the revolution slider is deactivated and gone after installing the update. Best Regards, Gregor

    Hi there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Just in case: the revolution slider update is killing the wordpress setup i needed to backup from my backup… Thx

    Hi There,

    It is hard for us to help you with an issue if it you have reverted your settings.

    If you would like us to check you can either activate Revolution Slider or clone your site in staging enviroment so we can check it.

    I also recommend turning of WP Total Cache while performing the update.

    The new version of Revolution Slider is compatible with X and it should run without issues.

    Let us know your thoughts.

    Hi, the revolution slider update ist still destroying my wordpress installation. As you said I deactivated WP Total Cache Plugin and updated Revolution Slider. As well Revolution Slider ist destroying my https connection. Can you please help me? Thank you. Best regards, Gregor

    Please login to your web server using FTP and in wp-content\plugins, delete the revslider folder.
