chris dParticipantHi There,
I was just trying to create a new text layer on a Revolution Slider slide, and am unable to format the text within the textbox to align right. By default it seems to only align left.
The text box itself does align right, but the text within it still aligns left.
Is there something I am missing, or do I have to use HTML to format the alignment of the text within the text box?
Thanks 🙂

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please check this link https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/layer-responsive-behavior/
Hope it helps.

chris dParticipantHi There,
Thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately the themepunch page you suggested does not have anything to do with the text within the textbox, but rather the alignment of the text box itself.
So I suppose my question still is the same. But let me explain again…
If I type, on separate lines, in the text field/box/container (i’m not sure what it’s called):
Test 1000a
Test 200b
Test 3cwithin the text field/box/container, the words “test” will automatically and only align to the left of the text field/box/container, and I cannot find the option to align the a, b, and c on each line to the right of the text field/box/container. I’ve tried using the <p align=”left”> attribute, but it seems to negate the rest of the font formatting already in place via the revolution slider customizer.
I’ve attached an image that will hopefully explain it better.
I hope that makes sense.
Thanks again,
Chris

chris dParticipantsorry that should say <p align=”right”>. Either way the <p> function negates Revolution’s font formatting.

chris dParticipantI was watching a video from themepunch about the revolution slider, and in one scene there is the text alignment feature I am looking for in the style>advanced>font area. However, it is not available on the revolution slider i am using. I am using the current update to revolution slider, as provided within the registered X update. I have included a screen cap of the video.

RadModeratorHi there,
It’s the 3 lined icon beside the “left” list box. But it’s only noticeable if your text layer has the dimension that will cause text breakdown.
Cheers!

chris dParticipantThanks for your response!
So just to be clear, if I am writing this in the text field where html is accepted:
test0001a<br>
test002b<br>
test03c<br>The hamburger icon you spoke of above should appear giving me the option of alignment?
If so, this is not the case with the current version of revolution slider.
If not, what are the conditions needed that will cause this text breakdown you are speaking of?
Thanks again,
Chris

RadModeratorHi there,
In that case, would you mind providing your admin login credentials?
It’s just the icon that acts as a label, the alignment option is beside it which is default to “Left”.
Thanks!

JoaoModeratorHi Chris,
To align right you need first to click on the arrow beside the Style tab, than select align right.
Please see image attached.
Hope it helps

chris dParticipantHi Joaoa,
Derp. That’s it – I knew it was there but Themepunch’s documentation must be out of date with the new location and I just couldn’t find it.
Thanks so much for your help,
Chris
