nhdigitalParticipantSo i put up two Slides with the Revolution Slider Plugin. First it works fine for a few loops but then it randomly stops and just shows the background from one of the two slides. I found out that it happens alot after i scrolled down to the bottom of the site and went back up.
I will provide URL and login info in a private message if needet.

RadModeratorHi there,
I can’t reproduce what’s on your screenshot. It works on my end, would you mind trying it on another device?
And what browser and version you’re testing it on?
Thanks!

nhdigitalParticipantHi,
first of all thank you for helping me.
I had this issue on several different devices (Iphone, Macbook, PC) , browsers (chrome and mozilla) and os (Mac and Windows).
I found out that it happens when i leave the tab or go to your desktop. I turned on the “Next Slide on Focus” Option in the General Options Tab and now it kind of works.

RupokMemberHi there,
I have just tested with Firefox and Chrome in OS X. Here goes a screencast on my end – http://recordit.co/AsJiuGCCUf
Let’s check and compare.

nhdigitalParticipantHi,
looks the same for me as in your screencast. I was able to reproduce it several times and found out that it happens as soon as you leave the focus of the browser tab. It happens when i go into another tab or just go onto my desktop and leave the website open on my second desktop. I got a friend who just reported this to me aswell without me telling him about it.
As described in my post before, its somewhat fixed with the “Next Slide on Focus” Option enabled. It still happens from time to time as i have the website open all the time while building it…October 3, 2016 at 1:53 pm #1200848

RupokMemberHi there,
I see what you are referring but it’s not same on my end. You can try rebuilding the slider if you think it’s not right on your end. But make sure to test on multiple device.
Thanks!
