Kerri SParticipantx Version: 4.3.4
I haven’t added any new plugins.
I have no idea what happened and hope that the X geniuses might point me in the right direction. I’ve been on tech support with my host for over an hour.
Problem:
Noticed rev slider wasn’t working and items on nav don’t work. Unable to upload images.Discovered:
The last changes to the site were in October when they added some images and posts. There was 1 5mb image that I found and removed. After that the slider and nav worked. A short time later it was down again. I tried to upload an image and I get an error message ” “File-Name.jpg” has failed to upload.
The uploaded file could not be moved to wp-content/uploads/2016/11.”
When I go to my file manager in the hosting admin it shows the directory for November but files inside are 0 bytes. There are no directory for 11/2016 was created within the wordpress admin.I’m on cloud hosting and they say they have checked everything and keep escalating the support. Directory permissions are 755
Any way you can point me in the right direction?

Kerri SParticipantUPDATE SOLVED: I had been using the Autoptimize plugin awhile back and it was taking up too much space and my host stopped allowing uploads. That’s cleared out and the menu is working. YAY!
I deactivated Rev slider during debug and after activating it and replacing an image it’s working perfectly too.
Hope this helps someone else that’s using Autoptimize.
