Let’s turn of minifying option because X already serves the minified version of scripts. You can using caching but you don’t need to minify the resources.

I personally prefer not use this plugin. I would recommend you turning it off.
If you use it, you should always turn it off while making changes on your website.
If that does not help please provide your credentials
