    Hi,

    Theme and WP is updated.

    My products slider is showing up incorrectly under the header, rather than in the products section. Not sure what is causing this, if someone can please take a look at it.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

    It could be related to your raw content elements, please remove raw content which contains following code :

    <link href='https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Frijole' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

    Then save the page and check it again.

    Hope it helps.

    Hi,

    Tried removing this, cleared cache, opened in incognito, and the slider is still showing up under the header.

    Side Q: where can I insert code to use a different Google Font for a specific element?

    Is it correct to insert <link href='https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Frijole' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'> into a raw content box or how should this be done?

    Hello There,

    You can use that code in the raw content element or you can use the

    @import url(https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Frijole);

    statement (http://prntscr.com/bcu8ha) and add it in the settings tab, Settings > Custom CSS

    Regrading your product slider, it seems that this is a cache issue. Since you are using SiteGround, could you please disable the supercacher in your hosting panel? The SuperCacher is developed by SiteGround exclusively for their customers. It increases the number of hits a site can handle and boosts the website loading speed. The SuperCacher includes 4 different caching options for maximum optimization of your websites. You can access the tool by clicking on the SuperCacher icon in your cPanel.

    For more information about this, please check it out here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/supercacher/supercacher_intro.htm

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

    1. I asked my host to confirm that SuperCacher was disabled, this was their response, confirming as such:

    I can see that currently all of the caching levels (Static, Dynamic and Memcached) of the SuperCacher are disabled in your cPanel > SuperCacher and your _____ website is not using the SuperCacher plugin at the moment:

    This particular line X-Proxy-Cache: MISS shows that the website is not using the SuperCacher cache at the moment.

    2. Google Font @import rule worked perfectly, thank you!

    How should I proceed on question 1.? The slider is still showing up in the wrong place on the test site.

    Hi there,

    It’s the setting under Problem Handlings, it shouldn’t be set to echo. I fixed that. And where do the slider should appear? Because I don’t see it being added on product section.

    Thanks!

    Hi Rad,

    Looks like it’s working now! I disabled W3Cache yesterday, but maybe it took a while to actually clear.

    Thank you!

    RESOLVED! 🙂
