    Hello Guys,

    I am having a frustrating issue. I cant seem to be able to register my revolution slider plugin with the purchase code. The plugin page is not fully loading it is giving the attached error.

    I have tried to contact the hosting company. checked all permissions seems fine. no issues there.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Revolution Slider plugin is bundled with X theme, you don’t need to register the plugin. Whenever there is an update for Revolution Slider plugin you’ll be notified in your admin panel.

    Hi Nabil,

    I am looking to access the premium templates in the store of revolution slider and to do that,I need to register the plugin. and I cant.. something is wrong

    Hey there,

    Premium templates would be available only if you have the plugin purchased from the official site and not when you’re using a bundled version of it.

    Ok, I need to explain this again.

    I have bought a new license for X theme and A new license for Revolution Slider. For some reason they are not working tgoether as they should. the full page is not loading. I ahve a script error somehwere.

    can someone tell me how to fix this please. thanks

    Hi there,

    By looking at your screenshot, 503 service unavailable means some downtime related to your web hosting provider (http://www.checkupdown.com/status/E503.html). Please contact your hosting provider for this.

    Also since you bought a revolution slider license, you can directly contact them for slider related issues.
