    Hi there.
Whenever I activate the Revolution Slider plugin, a message saying “record not found” appears and no contents are shown in my website.
I have tried uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it from scratch, and even uninstalling the X theme and reinstalling again, but nothing seems to change.
This is very annoying because I really need this plugin to be working.
    Please, someone help me!

    Hi there,

According to changelog page https://theme.co/changelog/, current version of X supports Slider revolution v5.2.5.2.
Please connect to FTP and remove revslider folder, next navigate to X addons page and install it again.

If it doesn’t help, please add define('WP_DEBUG', true); in wp-config.php file, refresh home page and in case you see errors, share them with us.

    Hope it help.

    OK. Solved!
Here’s the thing: I think the error was caused because the plugin was activated, the homepage was set to put a slider above masthead, but there was no slider built already. As I created an empty one, the website started running fine.

Anyway, thank you very much for the quick response.
Hope this helps other people with se same issue.
