    I’ve added the X theme to my site using the zip from the themeco homepage. When I try set up the demo content for the Agency theme a popup tells me I haven’t activated Revolution Slider plugin. However I don’t have the plugin in my list and I don’t see how I’d add it.

    When I look for help on this in the forum it looks like the plugin is normally installed automatically. Have I done something wrong or how do I get it?

    Attached are screenshots of the popup I get and the list of plugins I have.

    Hey there,

    Slider Revolution and the rest of the bundled plugins does not automatically install when you import a demo. You need to install them first. Please see our Knowledge Base for more details.

    I have looked on Knowledge Base before asking the question but don’t see how I’d install Slider Revolution. I found this article https://community.theme.co/kb/sliders/
    That directs you to download demo content from themepunch but I can’t get that to work.

    I’m sorry if I’ve missed something obvious, but I’m only asking as I couldn’t find anything in Knowledge Base. How do I install these bundled plugins without having to pay to download them?

    We’re sorry but looks like Slider Revolution requires a separate license to download their free sliders. In this case, you need to build your own slider. See https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-revolution-documentation/

    Their steps to creating a new slider begin after you’ve downloaded and installed the plugin. But my issue is that I don’t see how you download Slider Revolution without paying for it.

    I see. Please go to WP Admin > Addons and you’ll see the plugins you can install including Slider Revolution. For more details, see the Addons section in our Knowledge Base
