    Hi there,

on my page: http://sehnsucht-berlin.com/?page_id=29 I had a Revolution Slider in the first section of the page.
Somehow it’s not there anymore and the plugin isn’t even on the installed plugins list.
On top of that I can’t reinstall the plugin. Is this due to some update?
It’s a few weeks ago I checked the page last time.

(All plugins, wordpress and the theme are updated)

    Thank you

    Hi there,

Revolution Slider is not installed on your site. If you had this before then you have removed this somehow. Let’s install this from X Addons menu to get the slider back.

    Thanks!

    Hi Rupok,

I already tried to install it again but nothing is happening.
Error message is stating that the file already exists and it really is still in the directory: wp-content/plugins/revslider/

I didn’t removed the plugin, it somehow stopped working and the slider I created (named “coming soon”) disappeared.
Even on the page I implemented the slider, there is a tiny remnant of it (find screenshot attached).

    Hi there,

same issue appeared again after I updated X.
Can you please do the same as last time and provide me with the solution, so I can handle that myself in the future?

    Thank you,

    Philipp

    Hi Philipp,

That is quite unusual, but the solution is easy.

Access your site via FTP access wp-content/plugins and remove the folder RevSlider

Go back to WordPress WP Admin > Addons > Install it.

You won´t lose any of your creations.

    Hope that helps

    Joao
