MoussaParticipantHello,
I am posting this issue here hoping to find a solution to my misery. i have been struggling for the last week with a script in Rev.Slider that is making my whole website unresponsive.
when I de-activate the rev slider plugin. Everything works fine. When I activate it two things happens.
1. customization of the theme is unresposnive and I get an error
2. The rev slider loads *with or without the theme activate. However some features are blocked due to an error in a script. the script is attached.I am not sure what to do?

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. I have tried to set a slider on your page and that was working fine as expected – http://prntscr.com/ba2wxq
I can’t see any error or can’t see any unresponsive issue.
If you really see any issue, kindly clarify them with screenshots so that we could understand the issue.
Thanks

RupokMemberHi there,
Your screenshot was not uploaded correctly due to exceeded file size. Your attachment should be within 512KB. You can also use this tool to add your screenshot – http://prnt.sc
However I have tried to edit a slider and changed image but didn’t face any error. Are you facing this for any particular slider?
Thanks

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I am another staff checking on the thread! Regretfully I cannot replicate the issue. This is what I got when logging in and checking out one of the slider: http://prntscr.com/ba3b77
I would recommend that you clear your browser’s cache or use Chrome’s incognito mode and try to check your site again. Please let us know how it goes.

MoussaParticipantHello,
I still have the same issue. Can you log remotely to my computer via chrome remote so we can test this?
thanks

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Sorry we cannot do that. Could please try using Firefox or Safari to test your site again. It would be much better if you test it using Incognito mode or Private browsing mode.
Please let us know how it goes.
