ckeotParticipanthello,
I am facing a strange issue.
I have revolution slider installed in my home page that sorts out posts based on categories. I can see the posts in the sliders. At first, I could click on the posts but recently I detected that I could not click anymore on the posts. On contacting my developer he did something to one post and I could click on it after that. But the issue is there for all the subsequent posts. The developer told me it could be because of incompatibility between revolution slider and posts written in cornerstone. Can you please confirm the same.the site is http://www.piratestravelogue.com

Nabeel AModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! I checked your homepage and I’m only seeing parallax images there. I am not able to find a revolution slider on your homepage. Can you please confirm if you have a slider on your homepage and share a screenshot of the section so we can take a closer look.
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
It could be related to transients, or the cornerstone saved alias/ID doesn’t match on actual alias/ID. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply? I’ll check it 🙂
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
I checked, all are correct, no cache and transients. And there is no error, would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well? Maybe it logs something during the render. It’s weird, it’s fast so it shouldn’t be related to performance.
Thanks!

ckeotParticipanthello,
Anybody there.December 28, 2016 at 4:24 pm #1307678
RadModeratorHi there,
Can’t find any clue why it’s happening, there is no error or logs at all. But I’ll continue checking, but for the meantime, please backup your site and update rev. slider plugin.
Thanks!

ckeotParticipantThen this is more serious than I initially thought.
I updated X recently to latest version. Should I update rev. slider separately?rgds
