abehouseParticipantI have the following error instead of a functioning slider suddenly on my page.
———-
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
————–
The first problem I have is that I cannot choose the troubleshooting or “problem handling” menu in the Revolution Panel. I click and nothing happens. Can you help?

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If that doesn’t help, please clear all caches then keep all third party plugins deactivated and give us access to your WordPress admin and FTP in a private reply.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorThat could not be removed as it is a file from WordPress. Please try turning off Include RevSlider libraries globally: in Slider Revolution > Global Settings.
Thanks.

abehouseParticipantHello,
I am afraid that isn’t working either. I can change the setting, but I can’t save or ‘update’ – the button click isn’t working. Is it clear to you that I can’t select any of the advanced settings including ‘problem handling’ either? So not only do I have the Javascript trouble, I have problems with the revolution slider plugin interface too.
I think I sent my page settings.
Have a look.
Thanks,
Abe.

RadModeratorHi Abe,
I checked your site and there are 404 requests due to slider. It’s not because of jQuery conflict. Rev. Slider isn’t installed correctly and asset file isn’t extracted properly during installation.
Please check this other thread https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/revolution-slider-error-you-have-some-jquery-js-library-include/
Cheers!
