ppoellnitzParticipantHello Support-Team,
I recently bought X, activated Revolution Sliders. First this did work and show, all the sudden it stopped displaying. Sliders work in the preview, not in the X Integrity or other X themes. Switch to 2014 or 2015 theme solves the problem.
I did ask the Themepunch Revolution Slider Team, they figured our it was due to a JS conflict coming from your theme, see their screenshot: http://prntscr.com/bro1muWhat am I to do? I bought your theme for the YouTubeVideo above masthead integration with Slider Revolution but that (and any other slider…) is exactly the feature I now cannot realize with your X Theme …

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Let us know how it goes.

ppoellnitzParticipantHej, thanks for the quick response and sorry for not giving full report i.e. full quality to my topic:
– yes, X Theme 4.5.2 –> just updated to 4.6
– Slider Revolution up to date 5.2.6
– WordPress up to date 4.5.3Recent X-Theme update did not bring any changes to the not working sliders.

LelyModeratorHello Paul,
I tried to login on your wordpress admin to check the issue. Unfortunately I got the following message:
Du hast versucht, auf das “Neutricks” Dashboard zuzugreifen, hast aber nicht die ausreichenden Rechte dazu. Falls du glaubst, du müsstest Zugriff auf das “Neutricks” Dashboard haben, dann kontaktiere den Netzwerk-Administrator.Please make sure that we have enough access rights.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating this thread! You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
@ppoellnitz:
I’ve checked your site and it seems that you have added a slider in your header widgets area. You need to make sure that the slider information is correct. I would recommend you update that contents of the slider widget in the header widgets area, Appearance > Widgets and save it again.Hope this helps.

ppoellnitzParticipantHej Rue Nel,
that seems to have made it.
Though I do not totally understand the process. So I need to assign masthead-slider in the given post/page but also can assign one in the widget area – though for each post/page I can define different sliders?
I will have some more trials the coming week and hope it continues working this good.
Cheers, thanks a lot,
