RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! I have checked and the slider seems working fine as expected on my end – http://prntscr.com/doy40u
Let’s check again and let us know.
Cheers!

Col MParticipantWell I’m stumped.
I’m using chrome. Both the slider at top and the small one in footer are not visible to me. (on the contact page)
But the small slider is visible on the home page.hmmm

RupokMemberHi Col,
Thanks for writing back. Here goes a screenshot with Chrome for the footer slider – http://prntscr.com/dpm0nr
Another one for main slider – http://prntscr.com/dpm0qoLet’s clear your browser’s cache and check again. Also check from different browser and devices.
Cheers!

Col MParticipantHi Again
Face-palm. Aplogoies I did not think of clearing cache first.
Issue not solved though.
I cleared ‘cookies and other site and plugin data’ as well as ‘cached images and files’ from ‘the beginning of time’. I cleared page cache in cloudflare. I cleared page cache in performance plugin. I deleted revisions with wp-optimize.
I checked contact page on both chrome and explorer, still cannot see both sliders top and bottom. I used to be able to see the bottom one on the home page but not any more.I can however see both the sliders working fine on the contact page through the cornerstone editor.
Hopefully, like yourself, others can see it too as I still cannot.
Curious why I can still see it in the editor though and not in a published page.
Maybe you have thoughts on this?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Your Slider is also failing to load on my end and there is a lot of errors on the console.
Please try uninstalling and re-installing Slider Revolution.
If that does not work, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes,
joao
