ikmsaParticipantHello,
We have Revolution sliders on every page of this site: http://www.shayamanzi.co.za/
And for some reason now after installing a calendar plugin the sliders are not working in Internet Explorer. The calendar plugin is working fine on other sites that also have Revolution sliders. So it must be conflicting with something else relating to X-Theme or Cornerstone. Can you help us resolve this issue.
Many Thanks

ChristianModeratorHey Ikmsa,
It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Alternatively, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thanks.

richardmarantaParticipantI am having the same issue. I just launched my site and the slider didn’t work and had to remove it from my front page.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Revslider 5.3.0.2 is now out on automatic updates.
We’ve done extensive testing on this and it works great for me across all major browsers.
This appears to fix every issue we’ve seen reported so far.
Hope it helps
Joao
