    Hi there,

I’ve looked through the forum and tried searching Google to see if anyone else has had this problem but I can’t find any answers.

I have X installed on my website. I have an instance of Revolution Slide running below the masthead and have the ‘Enable scroll bottom anchor’ option enabled.

When I view the home page of the website on a Windows laptop running Google Chrome and IE, the slider works perfectly.

I have 4 slides in total. When I view the home page on my iPhone running iOS 9 using Safari or Google Chrome, the slider shows the first slide, then a tile appears as though it’s loading the next slide and doesn’t transition to any of the next slides.

The total slide size is 2.68MB and preloaded slide size is 1.81MB. I have Lazy Load set to smart and have tried all options available here.

The slider was working but seemed to stop working all of a sudden and I have no idea why.

Is there any chance someone could take a look please. I am at a loss with this.

    The website is https://www.aero-i.com

    Thanks,

    Chris

    Hey Chris,

Please try turning off lazy loading. If that doesn’t help, try other settings in Problem Handlings. See https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/problem-handlings/

    Thanks.

    Hi Christian,

Thanks for taking a look. I’ve got to the bottom of the problem.

I had a video at the bottom of the page which is hosted on the same server. It’s a pretty big file. Over 300MB in size.

I deleted the video and it fixed the problem.

Not sure if it was buffering the video and eating up the bandwidth or if it was just a smiple conflict between the video and Revolution Slider.

Either way, it’s all working again.

    Thanks for all your help.

    Chris
