mczamoraParticipantHi there,
I’m using Rev Slider Version 5.3.0.2 and X theme Version 4.6.2
Problem: Rev slider is not showing up above masthead when I activate it on cornerstone and on the page itself.Would love any help on how to solve this. What is strange is that it worked the first time I tried it, but it is not working anymore.
Thank you,

Paul RModeratorHi,
Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
The ftp account provided above doesn’t have access to your wordpress files so we couldn’t check further.
Kindly check the login again and make sure it has access to public_html folder. Thanks

RadModeratorHi there,
Sure, please create one or you can provide your Cpanel login credentials and we can use its file manager instead of FTP.
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating us in! I have checked your site and even created a test page. I can confirm that the Slider is not showing in the masthead. Upon further investigation, I noticed that you are not using the latest version of X. I would suggest that you update to the latest version. Most of the time, out dated theme and plugins could created issues in your site.
Our latest versions are:
X Theme: 4.6.4
Cornerstone: 1.3.3
Revolution slider: 5.3.1.5You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
Hope this helps.
