Jack DParticipantI updated to Revolution Slider 5.3.1.5 and it appeared there was no problem. However, on checking today my sliders did not work in Opera, chrome, and Safari. I have reverted to 5.2.6 and the sliders do not appear to be working in Opera, Chrome and Safari although I have cleared the cache

Jack DParticipantI have reverted to a previous version of my website and I have tried the suggestion you made but it’s still not working in all my browsers and I have cleared the cache. I have also reverted to an older version of slider revolution. can you please log in to my admin panel and see if you can see the problem please.

JoaoModeratorYou could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes,
Joao

Jack DParticipantThere is no point in doing that as I have restored my website to a version which was working perfectly last week from a backup with all the plugins so effectively nothing has changed.

JoaoModeratorHi Jack,
There are some errors on the console.
In order to find out what is hapenning we need to start from somewhere, please proceed as suggested above.
Let us know how it goes,
Thanks

Jack DParticipantI don’t understand what you mean but I have de-activated plugins but same problem
December 22, 2016 at 11:56 am #1301914
Jack DParticipantYou can de-activate all of them if you wish to check but I don’t think that is the the problem

Jack DParticipantI have discovered the problem it was with WP Rocket and I have rectified the problem. Thanks for your help
