    I have a site where the Revolution Slider isn’t loading at all on IE 11. It’s just blank and all you can see are the next and back arrows. It appears on the homepage.

    I also think there’s an issue with the gallery images not loading on IE 11 either unless you mouse over the image.

    Hi there,

    I see JS error in your site console, please disable child theme and check the slider in parent theme. If it solves the issue you should check your customized files in child theme folder to find which one was causing the problem. In case the issue persists, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    The problem is that I’m on a Mac so I can’t test it myself each time I disable something…

    Hey Caitlin,

    I checked your site on IE 11 and Slider Revolution works and all images are loading in all of your pages (see attachment). Could you tell us how your checking your site? Please also disable browser addons if you have.
