    Hi, I have Revolution Slider running the Ken Burns Carousel with a single slide on my site here http://oeno-news.co.uk

    Unfortunately it does not appear when the site loads in IE (works fine in Chrome and Firefox)

    I’ll put the log in creds into a separate private post below, would be very grateful if you could have a look and see if you can give me a solution.

    (For your info, the pop up is loading on every visit at the moment – it won’t be when it goes to market, it’s for test purposes right now.)

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Please update the Revolution Slider to the latest version (currently v5.3.0.2) as it has a fixed for this issue.

    Remember to clear all caches after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
