    I am using the wedding X theme template, but when I installed it, it did not come bundled with the revolution slider. The rest of the content appears but not the slider content and the slider is not installed as a plugin. How do I fix this? I am running Version: 4.6.4

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Demo contents are just set of pages, posts and portfolio items. You will need to install the plugin yourself. To get the sliders imported, you need to install and activate the Revolution Slider from X Addons before importing the demo content.

    If I reload the demo content will it erase the pages I already have created?

    Hi there,

    It won’t remove the pages you have created but will overwrite the previous demo content that you have imported. It would be safer if you take backup of your pages.

    Interestingly when I install the revolution slider it breaks all the other pages installed. The site only works if I deactivate the slider plugin. Please advise?

    Thanks for writing back. That sounds unusual. We need to check your setup. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Please provide us with FTP credentials, in case revslider breaks your site we could disable it using host files.
