leverpunchParticipantI’m currently facing an issue with the loading of 2 sliders on my home page. The contents on the inactive slides are badly formatted but would appear fine upon becoming the active slide.
Kindly advise on how I can resolve this issue as it affects the look of the website.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope it helps.

leverpunchParticipantHi,
I did the usual debugging process of deactivating the plugins but I can’t seem to rectify the issue.
Is there another way to investigate this?

RadModeratorHi there,
Looks like a bug on the carousel. I tried it on my installation and it’s the same, especially in the preview where the only active feature is the slider.
This happens when slider’s width is greater than grid width. I’ll forward this for further checking, I tried some fix but it’s not working since positioning is done by javascript.
Thanks!

leverpunchParticipantGlad that you were able to replicate the issue. Do keep me updated once your team is able to resolve the issue.
Is there an estimated time of completion for this?
Cheers,

RadModeratorHi there,
I can’t tell since this is 3rd party plugin. But I already forwarded this for further checking while I’m doing some checking of my own.
Thanks!
