wwilliamsParticipantHi all,
I’m unable to use the Revolution Slider plugin – most buttons in the interface are coming up with javacript:void(0), along with the following errors in the dev console?
Is anyone able to explain what is occurring here? I’ve disabled all other plugins besides Cornerstone and X – Typekit.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in!
javacript:void(0);on buttons are not error rather it’s intentional. IF you need to change this with link, let’s do it. And I can’t see such console error for your mentioned site (IP). Would you clarify how to replicate this?Cheers!

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.
Let us know how it goes.

wwilliamsParticipantHi Christopher!
Happy to raise this with my host (I believe we host internally, so I will chase up with my CTO).
Are you able to advise me best on what specifically to ask him?

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. Basically you need to check the PHP version (should be 5.6+), allocated PHP memory, correct permissions etc. The correct permission settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/
However your host will be able to diagnose the problem better because they know about the server configuration better and often deal with such issues.
Cheers!
