UnhinderedCParticipantGood morning,
On yesterday, I went into a client’s website, and attempted to revise a Revolution Slider banner I had placed on the Coming Soon Page, but each time that I attempted to save the changes, I kept getting an “Ajax error” notification. This is a BIG problem, as it even interfered with attempting to go into the “Customize” area of X while in WordPress. When I attempt to go in there, I receive a “Fatal Error” message, with some more text associated with the problem. Even when I refreshed the page several times, I kept getting the same “Fatal Error” messages, which sometimes changed the text on each refresh.
The version of Revolution Slider is 5.3.0.2, and when I deleted the plugin, I was able to successfully access the Customize area of X. However, when I reinstalled the Revolution Slider plugin again, I came across the same problem. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, what is the solution? I’m installing it directly from within WordPress, within the “Addons” area. I have screenshots to display the problem.
I am running the latest version of X (Thanks in advance for the swift response, as this is adversely affecting our ability to get really creative with a client’s website via Revolution Slider.
